Slaying of Two Persons is not responsible by Police or No Order from the President Duterte - Said PNP Chief Bato Dela Rosa

After the brutal killings of 5 victims from Bulacan and one of them surrendered from the authority and there are 2 suspects who escape from the incidents is now found lifeless, according to source it might be the Outrage Vigilant who is responsible of killings those two persons of interest in Bulacan Massacre that was happen last Month June, 2017.

According to PNP Chief 'Bato' Dela Rosa that it is not far from the possibilities that the killers is outraged because of the brutal killings at Bulacan Massacre which cost to 5 persons died because they suspected that they are under the influence of drugs.

Somebody who is aggrieved, somebody who is galit na galit sa ginagawa nila, that could be somebody, hindi natin masabi kung sino ang mga tao na 'yan. Kaya nga papaimbestigahan natin sa pulis, - Dela Rosa Said during Interview.

Last Wednesday, one of the Bulacan Massacre in Bulacan named Rooseblet Sorima also known on his name as "Ponga", was found dead inside his own house at San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, according to information the man forcing to enter his home and from their he is shot with a gun and leave, on the other hand another person of interest name Ronaldo Pacinos who is also known on his alias name as Inggo, was also found dead by the police authorities last Tuesday, with his 4 fingers being mutilated and his body have a multiple stab wounds which caused his death.


As we remember that this two persons of interest were the responsible of the Bulacan Massacre, in which they killed 5 innocent victims, and there is children also who is found dead inside the locked room.

The Philippine National Police chief is said and clarified his statement that there is no task or instructions from the Philippine President Duterte to kill this two persons of interest, and this is under investigation in which they suspected that the reason of killings is outraged.

Hindi siya (Duterte) nag-order na dukutin, patayin at itapon ang mga tao na 'yon, hindi naman trabaho 'yon ng pulis," Dela Rosa said.

Philippine President Duterte also said last Tuesday he heard this brutal killers which is reported to be killed by unknown killers.and he said that "there will be many more to come", since we remembered that he promised to protect those who needs his help and vowed justice for victims of the Bulacan Massacre.

Wala naman siya inutusan (Duterte) in particular kung sino, wala naman siyang sinabi na, 'Ikaw Bato, patayin mo 'yan.' Wala naman siyang sinabing ganon di ba? Out of his dismay sa sitwasyon, galit na galit siya sa mga tao na yon na gumawa ng krimen

Currently the police authorities is still investigating the reason of two persons who is suspected to be the killer of the Bulacan Massacre.

End The Siege Of The Marawi Immediately

The upcoming Second ( 2nd ) SONA of the Philippines President Rodrigo Roa Duterte makes the government hoping to end the siege in the Marawi City immediately. The Government is still fighting over a Month since President Rodrigo Duterte declares Martial Law in Mindano. The clash started on May 23 when the government try to arrest the Abu Sayyaf leader Isnilon Hapilon who is reportedly as the designated point person in Southeast Asia ISIS. Together with his men, they’re supporting the Maute Group led by the Maute Brothers Abdullah and Omar.

The government wants to end the siege right away but because the enemy is skilled and have many resources it makes them difficult somehow. Also, some of the government troops is not prepared for it and learn as they go on the battle ground on how to fight in an urban area. Along with the fear for the militants to harm their hostages and the people who are not yet rescued near the battle ground makes the war still on progress.

The Military believes that the number of people died since the clashed started can be increase significantly since there lot of civilian who are trapped and feared to be executed. Because of the ongoing clash between Government military and Maute Group and the damages made, the President created the Task Force Bangon Marawi, who is in-charge in rebuilding the home and lives of civilian in Marawi City.

The high court is still on process in legality the declaration of the Martial Law. Lorenzana believes that the declaration of Matial law by the President Rodrigo Duterte is an accurate decision when the Maute group attack the Marawi City also it is the way to imposed the anti-terrorism law.
So far, this is the biggest security problems facing by the administration of President Duterte. Though the desire of the government and the people of Marawi to end the siege right away. Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana said:

“... it should not come at the cost of the lives of government fighters.”

Governments Aims to End War From Marawi Before The Second SONA of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte

The current Defense Secretary Lorenzana hoping that the WAR situations from Marawi City against Terrorist Maute Group will end before the State of the Nation Address of Philippine President Duterte, despite of this he already has an on going task which will make him busy including the Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar, the task is so called "Task Force Bangon Marawi".

Lots of projects will soon to be started once this ward will refrain and ends, and hopefully, there is a good news by the time President Duterte has his SONA.

The military and the government hoping that the war will end as soon as possible and help affected families and evacuees to recover and regain their damage priority and this is the reason why the TASK FORCE BANGON MARAWI is built which is ordered by the Philippine President Duterte, the war is still on going at the Marawi but as we all know that Military and government ensure's the safety of all the people affected by the situations, Military is making all their efforts and sacrifice their lives to protect the Filipino against the terrorist violence.

The SONA or State of the Nation Address of Mr. President will soon be happening this coming July 24, 2017.

Many People worried if this War will end before SONA, and we are hoping that this will end, and turn back the PEACE in Mindanao, let's cooperate and pray that MARAWI will soon reach the long victory against the terrorist.

Philippine President Duterte Give's Order For the "Task Force Bangon Marawi"

This so called TASK FORCE BANGON MARAWI is plan an ordered by the current Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte to build a so called inter-agency task force that there main mission is to take good care on focusing the entire recovery of Marawi City, from reconstruction of the building, rehabilitation and to give people a main attention for the full recovery of the said city which is currently being held as the WAR location of government soldier and the MAUTE terrorist, the said Task Force is under the Administrative Order no. 3, dated June 28, 2017, this task force will be headed by the Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana and Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar.

The Task Force Bangon Marawi Main functionality and purpose is to give a high priority to the affected people in Marawi, by developing and implementing a comprehensive rehabilitation to everyone in Marawi citizen as well as recovery program this is based on a post-conflict assessment, also this proves that Mr. President Duterte is giving a deepest warm concern to all affected Filipino at Marawi City despite that the city is still having a critical situations, but the government ensures that this will be under control and soon they will gain a peaceful mind without worrying something because until now the Mindanao is still under Martial Law.

Task Force Bangon Marawi also given a task to to create and needs to have sub-committees focusing on rebuilding the house and structures being destroyed during the war, from School, Health Center, Barangays, Social Welfare, Business campaign and livelihood and more importantly the peace and order for the sake of the Marawi citizen, this will be the biggest task they are going to face-on and hopefully this will be successful for the sake of all the affected Filipino in Marawi City.

All of the progress and any other things happen during their execution of the task, they also requires to submit a monthly report for the development progress.

"Recovery and rehabilitation [will take time] because there are lots of buildings destroyed because of our aerial bombings and also because of the actions of the enemy blowing up buildings as well and burning houses," -  Lorenzana (Martial Administrator in Mindanao) said during the Briefing in Malacañang.

Rehabilitation is the first top priority after the War is done hopefully, Lorenzana Added on his statement below;

“[My] first concern is actually the funding. Because as early as now, we would like to procure some --- some construction materials like lumber, cement, nails, ‘yung mga yero, to support the civilians who are going back in repairing their homes especially those in the outskirts,” he said.

The TASK FORCE BANGON MARAWI is separated or divided to reconstruction, health, housing, social welfare, business and livelihood, and last but not the list the peace and order.

News: Suspect for Bulacan Massacre Will Not Get Any Help From PAO

During the interview of Attorney Persida Acosta with regards to the BULACAN MASSACRE that the suspect of the crime will not get any help from PAO or Public Attorney's Office, this is officially confirmed during press interview, Acosta says that the PAO is not only for those who are being accused but for those people who really need help, she claims and ensure that the victims will give justice for those who is being suspected of the said crime, since there are minors and there is also a 1-year-old child which is brutally killed by drug addicts, so in our point of view in accordance with the Illegal drug campaigns of Philippine President Duterte this proves that the root cause of any incident like this is Drugs so it means that the Campaign is better for Filipino to minimize at least the illegal drugs.

Public Attorney Office or PAO Chief Atty. Presida Acosta’s on her statement about the issue that she will not deny the accused of legal counsel and she said that it seriously violates the rights as what the 1987 Constitution of the Philippines Article III, Section 12:

“… to have competent and independent counsel preferably of his own choice. If the person cannot afford the services of counsel, he must be provided with one. These rights cannot be waived except in writing and in the presence of counsel.”

No matter how heinous the crime a party is accused of, they are entitled to their right to counsel. Furthermore her assumption of the accused’s guilt seems to be contrary to being presumed innocent until proven guilty as per Article III Section 14 Paragraphs 1-2 of the 1987 Constitution of the Philippines: 

“(1) No person shall be held to answer for a criminal offense without due process of law.(2) In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall be presumed innocent until the contrary is proved, and shall enjoy the right to be heard by himself and counsel, to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation against him, to have a speedy, impartial, and public trial, to meet the witnesses face to face, and to have compulsory process to secure the attendance of witnesses and the production of evidence in his behalf.”

The Crime happened at the victim's house at San Jose Del Monte Bulacan last Wednesday, June 28, 2017, the 2 person Name Estrella and Aurora were found dead and wore nothing on their body in different parts of the house and the 3 children were found inside the room that is locked which is also dead with a stab wounds on their body, this was found after Estrella's husband went home from his night working duty as Security Guard in a certain bank in Makati City.

The Massacre is responsible for 3 suspects and one of them is now surrendered to the police authorities as he got conscience with the crime they did, during the exclusive interview from ABS-CBN the suspects said; 

Wala lang po, parang trip-trip lang… Naisipan lang pasukin, ganoon. Hindi naman po sinadya namin na talagang — kusa lang pong pinasok.

 In your own opinion is this the kind of man who in a right mind? and the suspect added that they are all under the influence of the illegal drugs that cause this brutal killing of the 5 victims the other suspects were now being hunting by the authorities and the suspect who surrendered is facing a huge case against him.
