Andai saja Ifa Isfansyah menggarapnya lebih "garang" dan tidak bermain aman pasti PESANTREN IMPIAN ini sukses menjadi thriller-religi yang memukau. 14. ATHIRAH (29 September 2016)

Usai bersenang-senang lewat AADC2, Riri Riza kemudian berlanjut membuat sebuah film biopik tentang sosok ibunda dari Jusuf Kalla. Meskipun tidak mencetak Box Office dan cenderung sepi penonton, Film ini menuai pujian dari para kritikus Film Indonesia. Riri Riza memberikan kekuatan serta nyawa pada sosok Athirah yang dibintangi oleh Cut Mini. Hingga dalam kesunyian dan keheningan, emosi sangat tersampaikan dengan baik. Sebuah film komedi yang dibintangi oleh aktris-aktris terbaik Indonesia ini berhasil bikin gue jatuh hati. Humor yang ditampilkan oleh Monty Tiwa sangat fresh dan tidak mengikuti komedi stand-up yang kekinian itu. Seluruh pemain diberi porsi komedi yang efektif. Acha Septriasa pun diluar dugaan memberikan penampilan komedi yang paling mencuri perhatian disini. Tak heran jika banyak pecinta Film Indonesia yang menginginkan Spin-off untuk karakter yang dimainkan oleh Acha Septriasa itu. Two thumbs up for this movie. [9.5/10Bintang]

16. HANGOUT (22 Desember 2016)

Mengambil genre thriller-comedy adalah sebuah terobosan yang baru dari seorang Raditya Dika. Kemampuan beliau dalam mengolah cerita thriller difilm ini patut diapresiasi. Unsur komedi nya pun tak usah diragukan lagi kemampuan dari sosok Raditya Dika. Gue jadi berharap, suatu hari nanti baik Raditya Dika ataupun Ernest Prakasa membuat sebuah film yang "serius" tanpa ada unsur komedi, karena keduanya mempunyai kekuatan dalam menulis skrip yang amat baik dalam genre diluar komedi. 2. Catatan Dodol Calon Dokter (Alasan: Awalnya tidak berharap film ini bisa bagus, tapi kritikus merespon positif film arahan Ifa Isfansyah ini. Banyak yg menyebutkan juga Tika Bravani paling stunning difilm ini. Nyesel!

3. The Professional (Alasan: keburu turun layar akibat gempuran penonton lebih ke HANGOUT dan CEK TOKO SEBELAH. Sebagai first local heist movie, film ini katanya cukup memuaskan)

4. Pasukan Garuda: I Leave My Heaet In Lebanon (Alasan: Judulnya cukup lebay, tapi usai baca ulasan filmnya, film arahan Benni Setiawan ini mempunyai ending yg seru untuk dirundingkan. Jadi nyesel kan!)

5. Juara (Alasan: Di bioskop kota gue, film ini gak tayang. Padahal banyak yang bilang film ini bagus dan akting Bisma Kharisma serta Cut Mini disini sangat total)
